Who this applies to
This page is for users of the DeepLookup mobile app (the same name shown on Google Play and the App Store) who want to request deletion of personal data we hold.
How to request deletion
Step 1. Email pufflyapp@gmail.com from an address you can receive replies on.
Step 2. Use the subject line: Data deletion request.
Step 3. In the message, include:
• The platform you use (Android / iOS) • A short description of what you want deleted (for example: activity associated with your device, support correspondence) • If you use subscriptions, the Google Play or Apple account email (we do not store full payment details; billing is handled by Google/Apple)
What we may delete or stop processing
Depending on what we hold, we can delete or anonymize things such as: server logs or technical records tied to your request, in-product usage records associated with your identifier where technically feasible, and email threads you start with support.
What we may need to keep (for a limited time)
We may retain certain information where the law requires it, or for legitimate security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution — only as long as necessary. Aggregated or fully anonymized data that cannot identify you may be kept.
Timing
We aim to respond and complete eligible requests within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or exceptional volume.
